Shatta Wale has won two awards at the just ended 37th Annual International Reggae And World Music Awards (IRAWMA) 2019.
The Shatta Movement CEO won the Best afro-beat entertainer and Best video of the year with his Gringo song.
The best video of the year category was a very tough one as Shatta Wale was competing against top musical arts such as Sean Paul, Major Lazer, Stonebwoy, Samini, Damian Marley, Wiz Khalifa among others but he emerged the winner.
The awards ceremony was held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at the Pegasus Hotel, 82 Knutsford Blvd, Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies.

Shatta Wale after winning the award took to his Facebook page and wrote:
