N- MusiGHA Appointee Jake Ice As Interim Management Committee For Ashanti Region

LETTER OF APPOINTMENT TO JAKE ICE AS INTERIM MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE FOR ASHANTI REGION

In recognition of your hard work in organizing Musicians within the Ashanti Region for the New Musicians Union of Ghana (N-MUSIGHA),we are happy to appoint you as the Interim Organizer of the Ashanti Regional Regional branch of the union,unless otherwise indicated by the undersigned.

By this appointment,you shall work in close collaboration with the members of the Ashanti Regional Interim Organizing Committee to advance the course of the Union within the Ashanti Region in consultation/collaboration with the Founder and the Interim management Committee and to represent the interest of the union in the Region.

Under Listed are other members of the Ashanti Regional Interim Organizing Committee you shall work with.

The Regional Organizing Committee shall work in consultation/Collaboration with the Founder to fulfill the following function in the best interest of the union.

*Coordinate the Activities of the union within the Ashanti Region
*Mobilize members for meetings and other activities of the union
*Organized potential members for recruitment into the union
*Ensure the members of the Ashanti region are duly paid-up and are serviced by the union
*Advanced the course of the union, defend and protect its interest and the interest of its members
*Be responsible for public Relation within the Ashanti Region
*Perform any other duties which may be assign by the Founder or the interim management committee
*Report to the founder and interim management committee
